This is just one of those things where I either gotta believe every word he says or I’m apparently ignoring what he thinks is the truth. That or I’m in on it, which every sounds like the best way to keep my disagreement from being taken seriously.

If everything Alex says is the truth, it’s already too late. If he’s full of it, then he’s full of it. Either way, there isn’t a darned thing I can do.
