Cassandra Ventura (who was born August 26, 1986), also known as “Cassie”, is an American singer, model, and an actress. Cassie was born in Connecticut, and moved to New York City, U.S.A after receiving her high school diploma to continue her music & modeling career. After being introduced to producer Ryan Leslie, she was signed to his music-media company, NextSelection. Leslie wrote and produced Cassie’s first single, “Me & U”, which became a hit in 2006.

Keri Lynn Hilson (who was born December 5, 1982) is an U.S. singer signed to Zone 4, Mosley Music Group and Interscope Records. She is part of a collective of producers & writers known as The Clutch. Through the early and late 2000s, Hilson wrote songs for various rappers and singers, including Britney Spears and Ludacris. In 2007, she guest performed on Timbaland’s musical hits “The Way I Are” and “Scream” and began a solo singing career.
